Trusted Picks360 offers users the opportunity to participate in product testing for various brands and industries. Participation is voluntary and subject to the specific terms of each product testing campaign. By signing up for a product test, you agree to comply with all instructions, guidelines, and deadlines provided by Trusted Picks360 or the brand offering the product. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in disqualification from current and future opportunities. Trusted Picks360 does not guarantee that all users will be selected for product testing campaigns, as selection criteria vary depending on the specific opportunity.
For some product testing opportunities, users may receive compensation, rewards, or incentives for their participation. The type and amount of compensation will be clearly outlined before you sign up for the test. Compensation may include monetary payments, gift cards, free products, or other forms of rewards. Trusted Picks360 is not responsible for any taxes that may arise from your participation in these campaigns, and you are solely responsible for reporting any earnings or rewards to the relevant tax authorities.
You agree to behave respectfully and ethically while interacting with the Trusted Picks360 platform, its staff, and fellow users. This includes providing honest feedback in product testing, complying with product testing terms, and not engaging in abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior. Misuse of the platform, such as manipulating test results, providing false feedback, or attempting to game the system, is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any compensation or rewards.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Trusted Picks360 platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, product images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Trusted Picks360 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content from the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Trusted Picks360 may allow users to submit reviews, feedback, or other content in connection with product testing. By submitting user-generated content, you grant Trusted Picks360 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party, and that it complies with all applicable laws. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
